• Renewing leases, to include PACT and Court Proceedings
• Disposing of property interests on a freehold and leasehold bases
• Extracting latent value from lease re-gears and restructures, including leveraging existing lease terms to release hidden value
• Managing property, including service charge audit, tracking of deposits/guarantees and their release dates
• Rating appeals, relief applications, Material Change in Circumstance applications and billing audits, to ensure the Client’s business is not paying excessive rates
• Negotiating all Compulsory Purchase and compensation issues from the promotion of schemes such as HS2
• Minimising building running costs by introducing smart and more energy efficient technology into the building fabric
