Development Consultancy

At 3PL Real Estate we have expert knowledge of the development process and understand how developers think and approach a Build to Suit solution. Through our experience we are able to best advise our Clients appropriately – to ensure you obtain a property solution that is fit for purpose and that the value brought by the occupier to the process is rewarded in value terms within the transaction. To deliver this we:

  • Deliver a comprehensive analysis of a Developer’s proposal, including financial, specification and programme audits
  • Negotiate from a position of knowledge to structure the best commercial deal, with all the requisite Warranty protection the Client needs
  • Monitor the Project throughout the development process to ensure quality and programme is maintained
  • Engineer a smooth handover at Practical Completion and ensure that all snagging items are dealt with within the Defects Liability Period
