Prior to being a founding member of 3PL Real Estate, George was a director at a niche property consultancy.  Under George’s leadership, the Professional Services Team advised occupational Clients on a cradle-to-grave basis on all strategic property matters affecting their Portfolios across the UK and Ireland.

As Key Account Manager for several large corporate Clients, including FedEx and CEVA Logistics Limited, George has experience in the rent review and lease renewal process. He has negotiated numerous cases nationwide, including the preparation and submission of Third-Party Expert evidence, and has delivered significant rental savings on behalf of Clients. He has comprehensive and practical knowledge of the arbitral process and has recently been awarded the RICS Diploma in Arbitration.

Also, a specialist in the field of lease re-gearing, George has collaborated closely with Clients to identify and deliver lease re-gearing opportunities.
