Paul’s primary areas of expertise is working with occupiers in the Industrial and Logistics sector. Developing strategies to maximise value, minimise costs and  improve portfolio visibility and sustainability. Re-structuring portfolio’s to ensure that they make the optimum contribution to overall business performance & wellbeing. Utilising technology to support the implementation of strategies to improve space utilisation, efficiency and the operational performance of real estate.

Paul’s experience includes managing multiple projects across Europe and the USA. 

Paul is currently also a director of DRG Group Ltd, International Real Estate Consultants and a consultant to 3PL Real Estate.  Prior to this Paul was a partner for over 20 years in NAI Fuller Peiser, one of the UK’s leading occupier property consultancies 

From 2006 to 2010 Paul was Senior Director, Corporate Solutions at BNP Paribas Real Estate, also operating as European Logistics co-ordinator leading a team across 10 European countries working with large occupiers, including FedEx, UPS and DHL     

Between 2010 and 2015 Paul was Managing Director Europe at NAI Global, with responsibility for client management and development across 20 European Countries. From 2015 to 2019 Paul was Executive Managing Director, Corporate Solutions at Newmark Knight Frank and more recently, from 2019 to 2021, Director, Global Portfolio Solutions at DeVono cresa.  

Paul is currently Board Member of Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) & Immediate Past President SIOR-Europe.
