Andrew has worked in both traditional ‘Consultancy’ and ‘Design and Build’ sectors in Senior Designer and Director roles; and now provides all design and planning services ranging from strategic feasibility studies to full scheme design. 

Andrew has secured and completed projects in many different industries from advertising, leisure, logistics and pharmaceutical. He has led several award-winning projects (‘Office of the Year’ and ‘Partnership awards’).

Key skills include client liaison, measured building surveys to RICS or IPMS standards, feasibility studies, conceptual planning, and detailed design. Output includes block and detailed space planning, space audits, creative design concepts, services plans, and working drawing packages for tender and construction. 

Along with the technical side, Andrew can provide guidance and inspiration on design trends, finishes and furniture selection and develop rendered visuals.
