Damian is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years property and surveying experience. He has worked for well known international multi-disciplinary practices in the UK such as Atkins and Faithful+Gould. He came to 3PL Real Estate in 2014 following his employment at Associate level at NAI Haywards and Cluttons. He has spent much of his time on UK wide and international commissions managing a combination of public and private sector projects including large survey and maintenance programmes.
Over the past 10 years Damian’s experience has focused mainly on the Industrial & Logistics sector assisting corporate occupiers to acquire and dispose of commercial premises. His advice is key for clients to understand their potential risks in relation to building defects and dilapidations that may impact their occupation or profitability. He spends much of his time advising on dilapidations strategy and the negotiation of claims on behalf of occupiers.
In addition Damian can provide specialist advice on Party Walls, Insurance Reinstatement Valuations, defect analysis and planned maintenance programmes.
