Construction has started to extend Davies Turner’s Cumbernauld distribution premises which were acquired freehold by 3PL Real Estate’s George Laird.
The extended warehouse will be built on expansion land which formed an integral part of the acquisition of the existing warehouse facility. On completion, the extension will take the total size of the premises to 43,680 sq ft, near double the size of the existing warehouse.
