3PL Real Estate represents TNT with the leasehold acquisition of 22,700 sq. ft. of warehousing space in London from the Duchy of Lancaster 3PL negotiated a 10-year lease of 68 Willow Walk in Bermondsey, a modern warehouse facility formerly let to City Link, which entered into administration in December 2014. 3PL completed the transaction in three weeks after City Link vacated the property.
